Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp has been a popular actress for many years. She was born in Phoenix Arizona, USA on July 16, 1991. She appeared in 2012 on one small role as a guest with Victoria Justice on Victorious. Her acting debut came in 2009 when she had a minor role in Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Squeakquel. Following her appearance on Nickelodeon's popular teenage mystery drama House of Anubis as KT Rush, she went on to portray the main role in the film as KT. Shipp's roles in 2014 as Dani Raymond, the lead character in the VH1 TV sequel Drumline: A New Beat and Aaliyah Hauchton's performance in the Lifetime TV film Aaliyah the Princess of R&B gained the attention of her fans. Shipp was also a singer during the performance. Another role she played was Ice Cube's partner, Kimberly Woodruff, in Straight Outta Compton. This biographical documentary chronicled the life of N.W.A. In 2016, she co-starred with Ororo and Munroe/Storm for Bryan Singer's film about superheroes X-Men: Apocalypse.
